Mechanical engineering design for the plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and fire sprinkler system for a 5-story, 89 unit with 20 1-bedroom units; 34 2-bedroom units and 35 2-bedroom units, office and a Community Center.

This has been burned down in the Lahaina Fire August of 2023.

This has been set to be rebuilt.
