Provided site investigation of existing conditions and demolition requirements. Phase 1 involved a visual assessment of the 5 dormitory buildings and prepared assessment/property conditions report. A project scope of work would be determined and from there, RFP design build bid documents would be prepared. The report would be based on visual assessments and record drawings. No destructive methods will be used to evaluate hidden concealed conditions. One of the main focus of this project was to completely replace the entire plumbing system.
