Mechanical Enterprises, Inc. provided a study and design to replace the existing air-conditioning system. Mechanical Enterprises, Inc. developed a phasing plan to keep the retail spaces operational during the construction phase of the renovation. The construction space was roughly 43,796 SF of retail, office, and storage spaces on three levels.
